摘要
报道了一种以二甲氨基乙醇 ( DMAE)与丙烯酸丁酯 ( BA)为原料 ,钛酸四丁酯 ( TBT)为催化剂 ,在负压下反应及蒸馏 ,生产 N,N-二甲基氨基丙烯酸乙酯 ( DMAEA)的方法 ,并讨论了原料配比、催化剂用量、压力与温度及反应气氛对产物收率的影响 。
A method of synthesizing N,N dimethy laminoethylacrylate(DMAEA) by reaction of butyl acrylate(BA) and dimethylethanolamine(DMAE) in the presence of TBT as a catalyst was reported. The reaction and the distillation were operated at the negative atmosphere. Effects of the proportion of raw material, the quantity of the catalyst, the pressure and temperature and the atmosphere of reaction on the yield were also discussed and the optimum reaction conditions were proposed.
