摘要
十五内酯是一种具有珍贵的麝香香气的大环麝香类化合物 ,是配制名贵香水的重要香料。由于十五内酯在氢焰离子化检测器中有强烈的信号响应 ,故十五内酯的含量可用气相色谱法进行测定。采用十六酸甲酯作为内标物 ,用气相色谱法的内标法进行定量测定十五内酯 ,方法简单、快速 ,测定结果准确。
Cyclopentadecanolide which a macrocyclic musk compound is one of the best perfume of musk. A method for the determination of cyclopentadecanolide by gas chromatography was based on the strong signal response of cyclopentadecanolide on flame ionization detector (FID). Cyclopentadecanolide was quantitatively determined by internal normalization of GC. Methyl hexadecylate was used as internal standard substance. This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and satisfactory.
