Analysis of the Banneol Azo Colourants by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

应用高效液相色谱法检测纺织品上是否有德国等政府禁用的偶氮染料。色谱柱为 Symme-try C8柱 (Waters) ,流动相为甲醇和磷酸盐缓冲液 ,紫外检测 。

An HPLC method for the analysis of the banned azo colourants is reported. Determination was carried out under the following conditions: column, Symmetry C 8 (Waters); mobile phase, a mixture of methanol and phosphate; UV detection. The quantitative determinatioin was performed by external standard.
