摘要
本文利用核磁共振氢谱技术 ,建立了生产间苯二甲酸二甲酯磺酸钠 (SIPM)工序中磺化率、酯化率的快速测定方法 ,为工艺的进一步优化及常规的中控分析方法的建立提供了依据。并尝试利用核磁共振技术测定 SIPM在水中及 8%硫酸钠水溶液中不同温度下的溶解情况。对生产所用的原料、产品的纯度以及废水处理中的副产物进行了测定 ,结果令人满意。
The sulphonation percentage and esterification percentage in the synthesis of dimethyl isophthalate sulphonate sodium(SIPM)were determined by 1 H NMR spectra.The optimization of the synthesis process of SIPM was proposed.The quality process controlling method (HPLC) is set up with NMR data as standard.The solubilities of SIPM both in water and 8% sodium sulfate solution at different temperatures were studied by NMR with satisfactory results.The contents of by\|product in raw materials, product and the waste\|water were determined by NMR.
