摘要
用 198 Au示踪法研究了在碱性条件下 ,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTAB)萃取 KAu(CN) 2 。实验考察了水相金浓度、助剂或 CTAB及体系乳化等因素对金萃取分离的影响。结果表明 :CTAB体系可将绝大部分金从水相萃取到有机相。随着萃入金的增加 ,有机相水含量减少。增加有机相己醇浓度或在水相中加入少量溶菌酶 ,可对乳化体系起着破乳作用。当NH4 SCN浓度大于 3 .0 mol/L时 ,大部分有机相金能被反萃回水相 (反萃率为~ 93 % )。
The solvent extraction and separation of KAu (CN) 2 from alkaline solution by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) using 198 Au tracer has been investigated.Various parameters,such as gold (Ⅰ) concentration in aqueous phase,cosolvent and CTAB concentrations in organic phase as well as emulsification of system,in the extraction of gold(Ⅰ) were studied.The results demonstrate that almost all of gold (Ⅰ) in the aqueous phase can be extracted into the organic phase.Water content decreases significantly with the increase of gold (Ⅰ) concentration in the organic phase.Demulsification has been observed with an increase of cosolvent in organic phase or addition of a small amount of lysozyme to aqueous phase.High percentage of gold (Ⅰ) (~93%)in the organic phase has been stripped into the aqueous phase with high concentration of NH 4SCN (>3.0 mol/L).
