摘要
本文在半理论分析的基础上,导出了波纹填料层泛点气体速度的关联式和关联图,得出了可以用空气-水物系的泛点实验数据求出其它物系泛点气速的结论。新关联方法与实验数据吻合很好,计算准确性优于文献公式。
Based on the semi-theoretical analysis, new correlations and general charts for estimating gas velocity of flood point in a packed tower containing corrugated packing has been presented. The achieved conclusion is that, using the experimental flood point data of air-water system, the flood point gas velocity of some other gas-liquid systems can be estimated. A fair agreement is found between the calculated and experimental data, and the new correlations are more accurate than that of Bain-Hougen equations.
