摘要
本文采用原子力显微镜和X射线粉末衍射仪研究了PVA溶液旋转涂膜的溶剂化效应。研究发现 ,随着DMSO(二甲基亚砜 ) /H2 O的比例增加 ,膜表面形貌呈现规律性的变化。对薄膜的X射线衍射谱图分析表明 ,由于溶剂极性和溶剂中质子数的变化 ,导致薄膜内晶粒大小、结晶度不同 。
The solvent effect on the preparation of PVA film by low speed spin machine was studied by using AFM and XRD.AFM study shows that the surface of the poly(vinyl alcohol) films appear with regular change as the increasing of the ratio of DMSO to H 2O.The X ray diffraction study of the PVA film reveals that the reason lies in the differences of crystal size and the degree of crystallity in those films.
