摘要
在用湿法冶金工艺从电炉炼钢烟尘中提高氧化铁纯度的研究领域中 ,除硅及除铝是主要技术难点。本文研究了影响除硅及除铝的各种因素 ,通过选取低浓度硫酸 (3.5mol·dm-3 )酸浸烟尘 ,多次陈化 ,控制中和沉淀过程中的反应温度 ,中和速度 ,终点pH值 (3.2~ 3.3)及高温煅烧 (90 0℃ ) ,将产品中的硅含量降至 0 .0 0 5 %以下 ,铝含量降至 0 .0 35 %以下 ,Fe2 O3 纯度达到 99.2 %以上 ,达到了HG/T2 5 74-
In the field of the extraction of high purity Fe 2O 3 from electric arc furnace (EAF) dust by means of hydro metallurgical technology,Si and Al elimination seems to be the major obstacle.In this paper,the factors that influence the effect of Si and Al elimination has been discussed.The technological conditions are as follows:the dust is leached with low density H 2SO 4(3.5M),aging for certain time,controlling the temperature and rate of neutralization and the terminal pH value(3.2~3.3) as well,and at last,roasted at 900℃.In the product Fe 2O 3,the content of Si is below 0.005%,Al below 0.035%,the purity of Fe 2O 3 has reached 99.2%.The quality of Fe 2O 3 powder has reached the standard of high grandard in HG/T2574-94.
