摘要
合成一种新的荧光试剂 1 ,2 -二苯并三唑 -1 ,2 -二羟胺乙烷 (简称 BHE) ,对其结构用元素分析和红外光谱进行了鉴定 ,并对其荧光性质作了研究。本法可用于水样品中钴 ( )的测定。
In this paper,the synthesis of a new fluorescent reagent BHE is reported.The structure has been comfirmed by elemental analysis and IR.Its fluorescence properties were studied.In the presence of H 2SO 4 BHE reacts with cobalt(Ⅱ) in the range of 1.0×10 -7 mol/L~6.0×10 -5 mol/L to form fluorescent complex,the intensity of the fluorescence is proportional to the concentration of cobalt(Ⅱ) in this range.The determination limit for cobalt(Ⅱ) is 1.2×10 -8 mol/L.The proposed method has been used for the determination of cobalt(Ⅱ) in water samples with good results.
