摘要
利用N+2 A2 Πu X2 Σ+g(2 0 )Meinel带系谱线研究了速度调制光谱技术的特性。从理论和实验上考察了速度调制光谱信号强度与放电电流、放电气体的气压以及真空泵的泵速的关系。利用所获得的研究结果提高谱仪的灵敏度和分辨率达 3倍以上 ,实验运行开支节省 3/4左右。
The technical properties of velocity modulation laser spectroscopy were investigated using the spectrum of A(2)Pi (u)-X(2)Sigma (+)(g) (2-0) band of Meinel system of N-2(+). The dependence of spectral intensity on discharge current, the pressure of the gas mixture and the pump velocity of the vacuum pump were studied. Making uses of the results of these studies, the sensitivity and resolution of the spectrometer are improved by above 3 times, and economized the experimental expenses can be reduced to as 3/4 time as normal, which confirms that the results of this paper is of considerable uses.
