摘要
通过对精馏过程进行热力学分析 ,建立了通用性较强的非平衡热力学数学模型 .该模型可对精馏过程中用能情况进行非平衡热力学分析和熵均分分析 ,也可用于评价塔板性能 .模型建立的基础只适用于线性非平衡热力学区 ,即近平衡区 。
A general thermodynamic model was presented by analyzing distillation processes. The mass transfer in these processes was assumed in an irreversible thermodynamic state during the model development. The simulated results showed that this model could be applied not only to analyzing entropy generation in distillation processes, but also to compare the effects of the tray parameters on the entropy generation in a column, with which energy saving distillation tower can thus be designed and the distillation operation can be controlled in an optimal mode.
