摘要
建立了测定青春源胶囊中去氢表雄酮含量的高效液相色谱法,固定相为shim-pack CLC-ODS柱(150mm×6.0mmi. d.),流动相为乙腈+水(40+60),检测波长为215nm。去氢表雄酮的线性响应范围为66～300μg/mL,平均回收率为99.0％,相对标准偏差为1.5％。
A high performance liquid chromatography were applied to determine DHEA in the Qingchunyuan capsule by shim-pack CLC-ODS column(150 mm × 6.0 mm i.d.) with a mobile phase of CH3CN: H2O(40:60). UV detection was performed at 215 nm. The standard curve was linear in the range of 66 - 300 μg/mL(γ= 0.9993, n = 6) and the average recovery was 99.0% with RSD being 1.5%.
