摘要
研究水中酚类污染物的液相色谱操作条件,使6种酚获得高效分离、灵敏检测。同时对水中痕量酚类污染物的固相萃取方法进行了评价。
An analytical method is described for determination of 6 phenols in aqueous samples. After solid-phase extraction, the concentrated samples are analyzed by reversed-phase liquid chromatography. 6 phenols are almost fully resolved chromatographically, so they can determined in a single run. The method can be well applied to the analysis of water samples.
