摘要
利用水杨基荧光酮(SAF)、阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)与钨(Ⅵ)形成三元络合物,建立了测定微量钨的光度分析方法。该络合物的最大吸收波长为520nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε520=1.22×10^5L/(mol·cm),钨的浓度0-10μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律,钨(Ⅵ)的回收率为96.0%-102.4%,测定的标准偏差为0.24。该法可用于矿物和合金钢中钨的测定。
The determination of W with salicylfluorone and hexadecyl pyridinium bromide complex by spectrophotometry has been studied. The absorbance maximum of the ion-association complex is determined at 520 nm. The molar absorptivity is 1.22 × 105L/(mol·cm). Beer's law is obeyed with W( Ⅵ ) density in the range of 0 - 10 μg/25 mL. The recovery is 96.0% - 102.6%. The method is simple and can be used to determine the trace W in steel and ore samples.
