摘要
采用无损伤大鼠尾脉搏测压法 ,探讨了桂枝汤对大鼠血压的双向调节作用 ,并对其有效部位进行了筛选。结果表明 :桂枝汤能明显降低自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)血压 ,能明显升高复方降压片致低血压大鼠血压 ,提示桂枝汤对大鼠血压具有明显双向调节作用 ;桂枝汤经化学分离提取所得A部分 (Fr.A)和E部分 (Fr.E)明显降低SHR血压 ,B部分 (Fr.B)明显升高复方降压片致低血压大鼠血压 ;提示Fr.A、Fr.E和Fr.B为桂枝汤大鼠血压双向调节作用的有效部位。
Experimental studies Guizhi Tang on rat blood pressure of by non-invasive method demonstrated that Guizhi Tang had significant blood pressure decreasing effect for SHR. Guizhitang had obvious blood pressure increasing effect to Tabellae Reserpini Compsitae-induced low blood pressure rat. Experiment demonstrated that Guizhi Tang had significant dual-directional regulation on blood pressure for rat. Active fractions A(Fr.A) and E (Fr.E),isolated from Guizhi Tang had obvious blood pressure fall in SHR. Active fractions B(Fr.B),isolated from Guizhi Tang had obvious blood pressure rise for Tabellae Reserpini Compsitae-induced low blood pressure rat; The results show that Fr.A and Fr.E and Fr.B are active fractions of Guizhi Tang with dual-directional regulation on rat blood pressure.
