摘要
本文应用Wistar大鼠研究了苦参总碱贴片经皮给药后的体内药物动力学 ,由于其它生物碱含量过低 ,故以测定血中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱浓度之和代表苦参总碱 ,计算出药动学参数。结果表明苦参总碱在体内为二室模型一级吸收过程 ,Tp为8 44h ,Cm为 6 5 5 9ug ml,t1 2 α为 5 6 79h ,t1 2 β为 19 5 72h ,t1 2 Ka为 2 831h。
Pharmacokinetics in vivo for TTS of total alkaloids of Sophora Flavecens Ait. was studied with Wistar rat and the pharmacokinetics parameters were computed. The rsult showes that it is a kind of 2-compartment model with 1st order absorption.Tp is 8.44hrs,Cm is 6.559ug/ml,t 1/2α is 5.679hrs,t 1/2β is 19.572hrs and t 1/2Ka is 2.83hrs.
