摘要
目的 :我们采用高频超声对经手术及检眼镜证实的 12 1例 ,13 2只眼的眼内膜状脱离病变进行诊断与鉴别诊断 ,其中视网膜脱离 70只眼 ,脉络膜脱离 8只眼 ,玻璃体后脱离 13只眼 ,增殖膜 17只眼 ,超声诊断符合率 90 15 % ,结果表明超声应用于眼科诊断视网膜脱离并不困难 。
Purpose:To discuss the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of membraniform detachment within eyes.Materials and Methods:The high-frequency ultrasound images of 132 eyes from 121 individuals are observed.Results:It′s not difficult to diagnose the retinal detachment by ultrasonography,but we must make differential diagnosis from membraniform reflection within vitreous.Conclusion:high-frequency ultrasound can be an effective method to make the differential diagnosis of membraniform detachment within eyes.
