基因重组人干扰素α-2b涂膜剂治疗单纯疱疹24例疗效观察

The Survey of the Efficiency of α-2b Interferon Film to Cure 24 Patients with Herps Simples

目的 观察干扰素α-2ｂ涂膜剂治疗单纯疱疹的疗效。方法 采取随机开放、平行对照的方法，以 ０．５％酞丁安搽剂外用作对照组，干扰素α-2ｂ涂膜剂外用作为治疗组进行对比观察。结果 治疗组治疗单纯疱疹治愈和总病程天数明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。观察期间无不良反应。结论 干扰素α-2ｂ涂膜剂治疗单纯疱疹有效。

Objective In order to survey the efficiency of α-2b interferon film to cure patients with herps simplex. Methods Assuming the method of open at random and comparison in parallel, Using 0.5 % ftibamzone liniment as control group, α-2b interferon film as therapeutic group. Results The recovery and the overall treating courses of the therapeutic group were apparently superior to the comparative group(P<0. 05). In the period of the observation,side effects weren't found. Conclusion α-2b Inferferon film is effective for treating herps simplex.
