摘要
目的 探索自由基在平阳霉素硬化疗法中的作用。方法 12例口腔颌面部血管瘤分别注射平阳霉素和 5 %鱼肝油酸钠后手术切除 ,测定标本中丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 两次取材中自由基代谢产物 MDA含量平阳霉素组均高于鱼肝油酸钠组 ,差异有显著性。结论 自由基是平阳霉素发挥硬化作用的一个重要机制。
Objective To explore the role of free radicals on pingyanmycin sclerotherapy of hemangioma. Method 12 cases of oral maxillofacial hemangioma were intralesional injected with pingyangmycin and 5% sodium morrhuate respectively, specimens were taken and MDA was determined. Results Difference of the content of MDA of the two groups was remarkable. Conclusion Free radicals is one important factor on pingmycin sclerotherapy of hemangioma.
