局部应用NGF对神经端侧缝合术后效果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究神经生长因子 (NGF)对神经端侧缝合术修复后的效果的影响。方法  45只 SD大鼠 ,分为三组 ,失神经组 :切断右侧腓总神经 ,并将两断端分离 ;NGF组 :腓总神经与胫神经端侧缝合术后局部注射 NGF;端侧缝合组 :同前术式端侧缝合术后局部注射生理盐水代替 NGF。术后 1.5、3.0、4.5月每组各取 5只作足迹分析、电生理及肌肉湿重测量。结果 神经端侧缝合术后 ,足迹分析 NGF组与端侧缝合组在各时间点上相关均不显著 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,电生理和肌肉湿重测量则显示术后 1.5月 NGF组优于端侧缝合组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 应用 NGF可加快神经肌肉传导速度 (NMCV)的恢复 ,减缓失神经靶肌肉萎缩 ,但对靶肌肉的功能恢复无明显作用。 Objective To study the effect of local injection NGF to end to side neurorrhaphy. Methods 45 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: Right common peroneal nerve was amputated, in one group the distal stump was sutured to the ispilateral tibial nerve by end to side way. After operation, NGF was used for 12 days; in other group, normal saline was used to instead NGF; the right common peroneal nerve was severed in the last group as denervated control. After 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 months, 5 rats was randomly selected from each group every time and subjected to walking track analysis, electrophysiological test and muscle mass measurement. Results Walking track analysis showed no significant difference between the two experiment groups at every time point ( P >0.05); Electrophysiological test and muscle mass measurement showed significant at 1.5 month ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Local injection NGF is benefit for the early recovery of nerve function and to reduce the atrophy rate of denervated muscle, but dubious for the effect to the muscle functional recovery. Further work need to be done to increase the effect of end to side neurorrhaphy.
