摘要
目的 为计算机技术应用于全口义齿磨光面外形的设计与制作提供测量方法和基础数据。方法 2 5岁以下青年人 40 0名 ,灌取上颌模型 ,利用自行设计的多媒体计算机诊断与预测系统对切牙乳突与腭皱形态进行测量。结果 得到切牙乳突与腭皱形态的测量方法和基础数据。结论 腭皱、切牙乳突的形态有规律可循 ,测量值与上中切牙牙冠宽度相比 ,记录其相对值能科学地反映个体差异。
Objective We want to provide measure method and basic data for computer technology to be used in manufacture of polished surface of complete denture. Methods we selected 400 suitable young men (or women), 17 to 25 years old. Using diagnoses and forecast system of computer, we measured the shape of incisive papilla and palatal wrinkle on the their upper models. Results We gained the basic data and find a measuring method of incisive papilla and palatal wrinkle. Conclusions There were some regulations in the shape of incisive papilla or palatal wrinkle. We compared the data with the width of the upper middle incisor and gained the value we named it reference value. We thought it can solve individual discrepancy.
