强心颗粒对顽固性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

Effect of Qiangxin Granule on Cardiac Function of Patients with Intractable Heart Failure

目的：观察中药复方制剂强心颗粒治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床疗效及对心功能的影响。方法：治疗组 ５０例按西医常规治疗加服强心颗粒， Ｂｉｄ，每日服用量 １６ ｇ（每包 ８ ｇ，舍生药 ３８ ｇ）；对照组按西医常规治疗。对两组治疗前后及两组间心功能改善的临床疗效进行比较。结果：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别是８４．０％和７２．０％，其差别有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）；对喘促气急、心悸、水肿等主要症状改善，治疗组也明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１、Ｐ＜０. ０５）。超声心动图检查心脏每分输出量（ＣＯ）、射血分数（ＥＦ）、心脏指数（ＣＩ）也有明显政善，治疗组和对照组比较，差别有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：强心颗粒治疗顽固性心力衰竭有效。

Objective: Effects of Qiangxin Granule (QG) for intractable heart failure (IHF) were observed in 100 cases of IHF. Methods: Fifty cases of IHF with cardiac function at stop Ⅲ or Ⅳ were treated with QC and routine western medicine, and other 50 cases treated with routine western med icine alone served as the control group. Results: The total effective rate was 83.3%and70% in the treatment group and the control group respectively (P<0. 01). The relief of srmptoms such as dys pnea, palpitation, edema, wet rales of lung in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05 or 0.01). Left ventricular diameter showed by echocardiogram was shortened in the treatment as compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: QC is effective in the treatrnent of IHF.
