摘要
目的:观察血脉通对东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠、乙醇致小鼠记忆障碍模型的影响。方法:采用东莨菪碱造成小鼠记忆获得障碍,用跳台法作行为检测;分别采用乙醇、亚硝酸钠造成小鼠记忆再现、记忆巩固障碍模型,用避暗法进行行为检测。结果:血脉通可减少东莨菪威模型跳台错误次数;对乙醇记忆再现障碍、亚硝酸钠记忆巩固障碍模型可延长进入暗室的潜伏期,减少其进入暗室的错误次数;血脉通大剂量还明显提高东莨菪碱模型的脑重指数。结论:血脉通对东莨菪碱、乙醇及亚硝酸钠引起的小鼠记忆障碍模型有不同程度的改善作用。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of Xuemai Tong (XT) on memory impairment induced by scopolamine, alcohol and NaNO2 in mice. Methods: Step - down test was applied in scopolamine -induced memory acquisition impairment models and darkness - avoidance test was applied in alco hol- induced memory reappearance impairment models and NaNO2- induced memory retention impairment models. Results: XT could decrease the errors in stepping down in scopolamine- induced models, prolong the latency and decrease the errors in entering the dark room in alcohol - and NaN O2- induced models. XT in large dosage could also increase the brain weight in scopolamine models. Conclusions: XMT can improve memory impairment induced by scopolamine, alcohol and NaNO2 to some extent.
