摘要
目的:观察六味地黄汤对老年阴虚大鼠模型的学习记忆功能的改善作用。方法:采用Morris水迷宫法,以逃避潜伏期为指标;以长时程增强(LTP)潜伏期缩短百分比及群峰电位(PS)幅值增大百分比为指标,研究六味地黄汤对老年阴虚大鼠模型的学习记忆能力的改善及其机理。结果:与老年大鼠及六味地黄汤治疗组相比,老年阴虚大鼠模型的Norris水迷宫潜伏期延长(P<0.05)、LTP潜伏期延长(P<0.05)、PS幅值增加百分比减小(P<0.05)。而老年组和六味地黄汤治疗组相比没有显著性差异。结论:老年阴虚大鼠模型的学习记忆能力较老年大鼠的学习记忆能力要差,六味地黄汤对老年阳虚大鼠模型的学习记忆能力有改善作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Tang (LDT) on the learning and memory ability of aging yin-deficiency rat models and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Thirty SD rats were allocated to three groups: aging model group, aging yin- deficiency model group and LDT treatment group. Morris Water Maze was applied. Escape latency, the shortening of long term potemtiation (LTP) incubation poied (% ) and the increasing of population spike (PS) amplitude were measured. Results: Compared with aging model group and LDT treatment group, the escape latency and latency of LTP were prolonged (P<0. 05), the increasing of PS amplitude was decreased (P<0. 05) in aging vin - deficiency rat inodels. There was no significant difference between the aging model group and LDT treatment group. Conclusion: The learning and memory of aging yin - defidency rats is worse than that of aging rats. And LDT can improve the learning and memory of aging vin - deficiency rats.
