Determination of Ephedrine in Xiao'er Feiyan Zhike Granule

目的：测定小儿肺炎止咳冲剂中麻黄碱的含量。方法：采用比色法，波长为 ４３８ ｎｍ。线性范围４．００～３４．０ｍｇ／Ｌ。结果：样品中麻黄碱平均回收率为９６．３％，ＲＳＤ为１．６８％。结论：该方法灵敏、准确，专属性强。可用于小儿肺炎止咳冲剂的质量控制。

Objective: To determine the content of ephedrine in Xiaoer Feiyan Zhike Granule. Meth ods: Chlorimetry is applied, the wavelength is 438 um and the linearity range is 4. 0 - 34. 0mg/L. Results: The recovery is 96. 3% and RSD is 1. 68%. Conclusion: This method is sensitive, specific and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Xiaoer Feiyan Zhike Granule.
