一组正常眼球径活体测量

摘要 目的:活体测量成年男性正视眼的前后径与横径。方法:采用CT方法,对成年男性45人73只正视眼的前后径与横径的内外径进行了活体测量,并对其中23人33眼的眼轴同时进行A超测量。结果:CT测量,前后径外径为24.86±1.09 mm,内径为22.31±1.22 mm,横径外径为24.98±1.25 mm,内径为22.58±1.23 mm,前后径与横径的外径与外径,内径与内径相比,均无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。A超测量眼轴为23.02±0.75 mm。成年男性正视眼基本呈圆形。CT与A超测量方法不同,结果各异。结论:活体CT测量眼球径可靠、可行。尤其对横径测量,在眼球形态学的意义上,提供了一个有价值的探索途径。 AObjective :To measure the anteroposterior dimensions and horizenlal dimensions of em-metropic eyes of adult men in vivo. Methods: The inner and outer ones of the anteroposterior and horizental ocular dimensions of 73 emmetropic eyes of 45 adult men were measured in vivo with computed Tomo-graphic (CT) method. The 33 ocular axes of 23 men were simultaneously measured with A-ultrasonic method. Results:With CT measurement, the outer and inner ones of the anteroposterior dimensions were 24. 86±1. 09 mm and 22. 31± 1. 22 mm respectively, and those of the horizental dimensions were 24. 98± 1. 25 mm and 22. 58±1. 23 mm respectively. The comprison between outer ones and inner ones of the an-teroposterial and horizental dimensions respectively showed no significant differences (all P>0. 05). The average ocular axis measured with A-ultrasound was 23. 02± 0. 75 mm. The emmetropic eyeball of adult man basically appeared circular. It showed different eye axes results between CT and Aultrasound measurement. Conclusion: The measurement of ocular dimensions with CT in vivo were reliable and practical. It provided a valuable method for ocular shape measurement, especially for the measurement of ocular holizental dimension.
