带血管蒂肱骨骨膜瓣移位治疗肱骨骨不连

REPAIRING NON-UNION IN HUMERUS BY THE TRANSPOSITION OF THE VASCULARIZED PEDICLE PERIOSTEAL FLAP OF DISTAL HUMERUS

探讨带血管蒂肱骨远端骨膜瓣移位治疗肱骨中、下段骨不连。方法 :采用以桡侧副动脉为蒂肱骨远端外侧骨膜瓣和以尺侧下副动脉为蒂肱骨下端内侧骨膜瓣的移位术治疗肱骨骨不连。结果 :从 1996年 3月开始 ,经临床应用 12例 (肱骨中段骨不连 6例 ,肱骨下段骨不连 4例 ,肱骨中段粉碎性骨折并肌组织嵌入 2例 ) ,均取得良好的治疗效果。结论 :以桡侧副动脉或尺侧下副动脉为蒂的肱骨远端骨膜瓣移位术是治疗肱骨中。

Objective:To report the clinical application on repairing non-union in humerus by the transposition of the vascularized pedicle periosteal flap of distal humerus.Methods:The transposition of distal humerus periosteal flap pedicled with the radial collateral artery or the ulnal collateral artery was applied for repairing non-union of humerus.Results:Satisfactroy results were achieved in 12 case of patients.Conclusions:Transposition of distal humerus periosteal flap pedicled with the radial collateral artery or the ulnal collateral artery is an effective method for repairing non-union in medial and lower part of humerus.
