宫腔镜诊治子宫内膜息肉临床分析

HYSTEROSCOPIC DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF ENDOMETRIAL POLYP

目的 :分析宫腔镜诊治子宫内膜息肉临床效果。方法 :采用宫腔镜检查子宫异常出血 2 0 0例 ,其中镜下诊断子宫内膜息肉 79例 ,并对其治疗后行宫腔镜复检。结果 ;2 0 0例子宫异常出血中 ,镜下诊断子宫内膜息肉79例占 39.5 % ,治疗后复检 ,痊愈率达 89.8%。所有检查病例都顺利完成手术 ,无并发症发生。结论 :宫腔镜检查使子宫内膜息肉检出率提高 ,在宫腔镜指导下诊刮 ,配合药物治疗 ,疗效显著 。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of hysteroscope on the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyp.Methods:200 cases of abonormal uterus bleeding were checked,and 79 cases of endometrial polyp were diagnosed with hysteroscope.All patients with endometrial polyp were reexamined with hysteroscope after treatment.Results:79 cases of endometrial polyp were checked out,accounting for 39.5% of all cases of abnormal uterus bleeding.After treatment,the 79 cases of endometrial polyp were recheked by hysteroscope with a full recovery rate of 89.8%.Conclusions:hysteroscopy can increase the check-out rate of endometrial polyp.the therapeutic result is satisfactory by diagnosing and sraping the polyps with drug therapy under the instruction of hysteroscope.
