摘要 目的观察高同型半胱氨酸血症对内皮细胞的损伤作用。方法新西兰白兔随机分为甲硫氨酸组 (n=12)和对照组 (n=8)。分别喂予添加3 %甲硫氨酸的饲料和普通颗粒饲料。第16周末 ,取血和留取主动脉进行指标测定。结果甲硫氨酸组血清甲硫氨酸和同型半胱氨酸浓度显著高于对照组 (P<0 .01)。血浆内皮素浓度显著增高 (P<0 .01) ,而血浆一氧化氮含量和动脉一氧化氮合酶活性则显著降低 (P<0.01)。扫描电镜示部分区域内皮小片状脱落 ,内皮细胞表面收缩 ;透射电镜示未脱落的内皮细胞肿胀明显 ,胞膜破裂。 Objectve To observe the injurious effects of hyperhomocysteineamia on endothelial cells. Methods 18 New Zealand rabbits were randomized as methionine group(n=12) and control group(n=8). Methionine Group was fed with methionine(600mg/d).By the end of 16 weeks the animals were killed and the blood and aorta were taken for measurements. Result Compared with control group the levels of methionine and homocysteine were significantly higher, level of endothelin in blood was significantly increased, level of nitric oxide in blood and activities of nitric oxide synthase in aorta were significantly lower respectively(P<0.01), in methionine group, scanning electron microscopy showed constriction of endothelial cells and unevenness and denudation of endothelium in methionine group. Conclusion Hyperhomocysteineamia had injurious effect on endothelial cells.
