摘要 目的研究严重烧伤延迟复苏大鼠内脏血管通透性的变化。方法SD大鼠30 %Ⅲ度烫伤后 ,随机分为烫伤组、早期复苏组、延迟复苏组。伤后9h取肺、心、肝、肾 ,测定脏器血管通透性、组织含水量、髓过氧化物酶 (MP0)活性和一氧化氮 (N0)代谢产物量。结果与烫伤组和早期复苏组相比 ,伤后9h延迟复苏组大鼠肺、心、肝、肾的血管通透性、含水量和MPO活性明显增高 ,NO代谢产物量明显减少。结论烧伤延迟复苏大鼠内脏的血管通透性明显增加 ,中性粒细胞聚集和N0产生减少是其重要机理之一。 Objectve To investigate the effects of delayed fluid resuscitation on the vascular permeability of viscera in severe burn rats. Methods SD rats were inflicted to 30% Ⅲdegree burn injury,and were classified into severe burn group, early fluid resuscitation group and delayed fluid resuscitaiion group. Specimens from lung, heart, liver, and kidney were gathered at 9h postburn. Vascular permeability to serum albumin were measured by using spectrophotometry.Myeloperoxidase (MPO) and stable metabolites of nitric oxide (NO)in the tissues were asseyed. Results As compared with the burn group,vascular permeability and MPO activity increased significantly, and stable metabolites of NO decreased significantly in the delayed resuscitation group. Conclusion Vascular permeability increase was induced by delayed resuscitation of severe burn in various viscera tissue.Plymorphonuclear neutrophil (PMN) sequestration and decrease of NO production may play an important role.
