探讨了人力资本产权与收入分配的关系 ,指出 :以往收入分配理论都忽视了人力资本产权关系对收入分配的影响 ,在知识经济条件下 ,人力资本及其产权将处于产权结构中的主导和基础地位 ,收入分配制度随之将发生深刻变化。深化收入分配制度改革必须充分考虑人力资本产权地位 。

Discusses property r ight of human capital and income distribution.It points out that the theories of income distribution overlooked influence on property right of human capital on income distribution.Under the condition of knowledge economy,property right of h uman capital is the basis of the structure of property right.Therefore,reforming institution of income distribution must consider the position of property right of human capital to establish institution of income distribution based on prope rty right of human capital.
