对竞业禁止主体的若干思考

将法定的竞业禁止主体限定为董事和经理 ,这是我国公司法的一大缺陷。鉴于监事在公司中的地位和权能 ,还应将监事纳入法定的竞业禁止主体范围。而对副经理、部门经理及公司其他高级职员来说 。
