本文通过对西方商业银行信贷风险管理体制主要特点的介绍 ,运用比较方法分析了我国商业银行信贷风险管理的不足之处 ,并在借鉴西方商业银行信贷风险管理经验的基础上 。

Thought the introduction about the main characteristics of west commercial banks’ credit risk management of Chinese commercial banks. In order to improve our credit risk management on the basis of drawing on experiences from west commercial banks. the article makes some suggestions.
