中国发展网上证券交易的思考

Reflections on the Development of Online Secutities Trading in China

互联网的发展使网上证券交易成为证券经纪业务的新趋势。我国的网上交易业务自1997年以来发展迅速 ,但仍存在诸多问题。回顾美国网上证券交易的发展历程 ,中国在网上交易的基础条件方面 ,仍有多方欠缺 ,也不具备推动其快速发展的低成本因素 (即佣金自由化 ) ,因而我国证券监管部门和券商都应重新全面认识网上交易 ,并采取积极的改革措施 ,以保证网上证券交易健康发展。

Nowadays,with the development of internet,the online securities trading has become a new trend for stock brokerage.The online transaction in our country has developed rapidly since 1997 though there still remain many problems.Compared with the development of online securities trading in the United States,the online transaction in China is under developed in its basic conditions,and the low-cost factor(i.e. free commission)which is the pushing force for the rapid development of oneline transaction has not yet come into existence.Therefore,the regulatory body and stockjobbers in our country should have an overall reconsideration of the online transaction,and take effective reformatory action to guarantee the sound development of online transaction.
