How can Guangxi uplift the overall quality of her economy and meet with the challenges brought by China's entering into WTO with a new look?These are the policies to be adopted:Stabilize and strengthen the position of agriculture as a basic industry,and make a strategic adjustment to the structure of agriculture;increase the scientific and technological contents of the produces;quicken the steps towards the establishment of modern enterprise system;push forwards the optimization and upgrade of the industrial structure, and strengthen competitive capacity of the products;make an energetic effort to developing tertiaty industry,heighten the overall level of tertiary industry.
