摘要
根据采用直吹式制粉系统汽包锅炉燃烧过程的特性 ,设计了模糊PID算法 .通过对主汽压力实际输出曲线的识别 ,修正PID控制参数KP 和TI,使被控对象输出符合期望的动态响应过程 .模糊PID控制系统通过实际应用 ,取得了预期的控制品质 .
According to the characteristics of combustion process for drum boiler with the direct firing of pulverizing mill, fuzzy PID algorithms have been proposed. Through the identification of the output curves of main steam pressure,K\- p and T\- I of PID parameters would be adjusted and the controlled process would meet the desired dynamic response. The fuzzy PID control system has been implemented and acquires desired control quality.
