摘要
以火电为主的我国东部地区调峰矛盾日益突出 ,西电东送和全国联网对东部地区的电源结构也提出了新的要求。如何进一步认识抽水蓄能电站在电力发展新格局中的作用 ,在及时兴建一批效益好的抽水蓄能电站的同时 ,抓紧进行东部地区抽水蓄能电站规划选点的滚动调整或重新选点工作 ,优选出一批条件好、指标优的站址 ,尽早开展前期勘测设计工作 ,以满足未来电力发展的需要 ,已是当务之急。
The power peaking contradiction in the eastern where it takes thermal power as its main is increasingly outstanding. The plan of power transmission from west to east and the nationwide power system connection also raises new requirements for the power source structure in the eastern. It is urgent to understand the role of pumped storage power plant in the new pattern of power development and to grasp firmly the site selection of pumped storage power plant planning in the eastern, in order to select a batch of sites with good conditions and excellent indexes for developing the antecedent work of investigation and design to meet the needs of future power development.
