There are no measured flood data at the sites cross gulies'buildings.The design floods were determined based on regional synthesizing of storm flood calculation,historical floods investigation and design floods calculation of nearby hydrology stations.The historical floods investigation and regional synthesizing of design floods at nearby hydrology stations are very important to increase the reliability and reasonability of the design floods.
