My View on the Concept Planning

通过对国内外概念规划概念的比较 ,给出了相对全面完整的定义 ,辨明了与其他相关规划的关系。提出概念规划应具有7条特点和遵循的 5条原则。指出概念规划时需要注意的 4个问题。

Based on the comparison of definitions given by different schools of scholars, the authors put forward their suggestion on the definition, basic characteristics, and fundamental principles of concept planning. The relationship between this new planning tool and the traditional planning hierarchy of China is also discussed.
