摘要
病险水库除险加固的投资不足、前期工作深度不够、项目管理不规范及未能建立良性循环的管理体制是影响其加固进度及质量的主要原因。本文探讨了解决这些问题的办法。
The main reasons of influencing the progress and quality of engineer are the shortage of fund,the less previous work and the less standard project management system. The writer points out the ways to solve these problems.
