By analyzing the irrafional use of heat energy in Linyuan refinery,we're sure it is the optimum plan to remould the C6-45/10 and C12-35/10 steam turbine into one with a low vacuum and heating system.This paper mainly introduces the technological points and some methods that be paid attention to.
