锅炉管板鼓疱及裂纹

ANALYSIS AND TREATMENTS FOR BUGLE AND CRACKS ON TUBE PLATE OF BOILER

锅炉管板是燃油锅炉主要的易损部件 ,对锅炉的安全运行造成了很大的隐患。文章结合一台在用的WNS1— 1 0—Y型锅炉的实际情况 ,对其上管板所产生的鼓疱及裂纹进行了综合检测 ,并对造成这些现象的成因进行了分析。另外 ,在对材质分析及强度校核计算的基础上 ,提出了相应的处理方案 。

The tube plates are the important parts which are very easy to be damaged and cause the great many of hiden troubles for the safe operation of boilers.In this paper,as a common demonstration,the bulge and cracks on the tube palte of a WNSI-1.0-Y type boiler were examined and the possible reason was analyzed.Furthermore,on the base of the analysis to the material property and the intensity calculation,the corresponding treatments were proposed and these works have referenced value for similar problems in the boilers.
