摘要
利用论文第一部分建立的能够反映 Texaco气化炉内部质量和能量平衡、并考虑了多种化学反应动力学的数学模型 ,详细计算了气化炉的主要运行参数 (如水煤浆质量配比 ,氧气纯度 ,氧煤比 ,煤粉粒径 ,气化温度以及气化压力等 )对气化炉性能的影响。在展现各种参数对最终气化产物成分的影响的同时 ,分析和揭示了这些影响的内在机理和规律。分析结果表明 :气化温度是影响气化反应速度和最终产物成分的最关键因素。表 7参
By using the mathematical model of Texaco gasifier established in the first part of this paper, a serious of calculations were carried out. The aim is to reveal the effects of different operation parameters on the performance of gasifier. The parameters include coal/water mass ratio in coal slurry, purity of oxygen in oxidizer, oxygen to coal mass ratio, coal particle size, temperature and working pressure in gasifer. The principles of these effects were analyzed ande revealed. It has been proved that, temperature is the key factor that determines carbon conversion intensity and syngas composition.
