摘要
本文通过对 4 2 10柴油机配气机构高次方凸轮计算结果进行分析 ,探讨了多项式高次方凸轮各项幂指数、气门弹簧刚度、凸轮作用角、气门开启速度、气门升程、传动系统弹性变形等对配气机构主要性能的影响 。
By analysing the calculating results of higher order cam of model 4210 diesel engine distribution system,the paper discusses how the main performance of the distribution system is influenced by various power exponents of polynomial higher order cam,elastic deformation of drive system,valve spring stiffness,valve initial velocity of cam acting angles,valve theoretical maximum lift,etc.The paper attends to find a way to select design parameters properly.
