宝钢的燃料系统有高炉煤气BFG、焦炉煤气COG、转炉煤气LDG、重油OIL及动力煤COAL等几种介质,主要用于轧钢系统各加热炉、炼铁热风炉及焦炉、电厂锅炉等。探讨了如何在各主要用户之间合理分配各种燃料,使得公司的整体经济效益取得最佳,同时兼顾各种炉子的热效率、能源系统运行调整等诸多因素。

There are blast furnace gas,coke oven gas,converter gas,heavy oil and coal in the fuel system of Baoshan Iron &St eel Co.The above fuels are mainly use d for heating furnaces,air heaters in ironmaking,coke ovens and boilers of the genera ting plant of the steelmak-ing system.A discussion was made on r easonable distribution of various f uels among users so that the Company could gain optimum b enefits,and at the same time consideration could be given to heat efficiency of the furnaces an d operation and regulation of the energy sources system.．
