浓缩风能型风力发电机自动迎风控制系统

AUTOMATIC WIND FACING CONTROLLING SYSTEM FOR CONCENTRATED WIND ENERGY TURBINE

摘要 浓缩风能型风力发电机具有起动风速低、单机输出功率大、风能利用率高、度电成本低、安全性好等优点。文章针对其特有的形体流场设计了一套可以编程控制器IP1612为主控单元的自动迎风控制系统 ,并通过大量实验证明了此系统能够实现运转平稳 ,自动切入 ,准确对风等功能 。 The concentrated wind energy turbine possesses following advantages such as being low in wind speed required for starting,high in power output per single machine set and utilization rate of wind energy,low in power generation cost and reliable in safety and so on.An automatic wind facing controlling system which adopts IP1612PLC as a main control unit has been developed through theoretical analysis and calculations in accordance with its peculiar configuration flow filed and proved to be able to realize smooth operation,to automatically cut in the wind speed and exactly face the wind as well as energy saving and high efficiency.
