摘要
在处理烟气 2 0 0 0Nm3/h的热态实验装置上 ,进行了大量烟气脱硫实验研究 ,总结了三相流态化反应器的脱硫性能及其影响因素。实验结果表明 :三相流态化反应器脱硫效率随着循环倍率、烟气喷射速度、浆液pH值、浆液浓度、反应温度、有无添加剂而发生变化。
Based on a test facility of thermal state with the fule gas capacity of 2000Nm 3/h,a lot of experiments are carried out.The results indicated that the desulphurization efficiency differed with the change of circulating rate,the jet velocity of flue gas,the pH value and concentration of slurry,the temperature of reactio and the use of additive.
