摘要
用于降低排放的催化转化器已经成为汽车不可或缺的重要装置 ,为进一步优化设计催化转化器 ,必须对催化器的各方面影响因素进行全面分析 ,以得到最佳匹配 ,使新型催化器的使用环境达到最佳。为此通过ANSYS CFD(计算流体力学 )对催化器内部温度场和流场进行数值模拟 。
The catalyst converter which is used to reduce the emissions has become one of the important devices in the automobile.In order to optimize the catalysts design more deeply,we analyse all the factors and try to find the best work environment of this catalyst.So we use ANSYS CFD to simulate the temperature and fluid feld in the converter and compare the different factors effects.
