摘要
用扩散障将多孔电极材料中微孔对ZrO2 气体氧传感器性能的影响孤立出来研究 ,发现气体在电极层中扩散缓慢而使传感器的V/I特性和过渡过程等的变化显著 .通过对V/I特性的模拟 ,建立了电极材料中的空隙结构与V/I特性间的定量关系 .并对过渡过程的变化也提出了一个定性解释 .
The influence of pore microstructure of porous electrode on the properties of ZrO\-2 gas oxygen sensor was studied with a gas diffusion barrier, and it was found that the changed V/I characteristic and more ovbious transition process occurred as a result of slow gas diffusion. A model was proposed to relate the V/I characteristic and pore microstructure of porous electrode. A qualificative explanation was also given to the more obvious transition process.
