摘要
用石英晶体微天平 (QCM)在线监测了 β 环糊精含硫衍生物 ( β CDd)在金电极上自组装成膜过程 .探讨了温度、浓度对成膜过程及溶液pH值对膜稳定性的影响 ,给出了有关动力学信息 .结果表明 ,成膜动力学符合Langmuir吸附速率方程 .
The formation of thiol terminated β cyclodextrin derivative (β CDd) selfassembled monolayer (SAM) on gold electrode was monitored in situ by using quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). The influences of temperature and concentration on the formation of SAM, and the influences of the pH values of solution on the stability of SAM were investigated. The information related to the kinetics of SAM formation was given. The results obtained indicated that the kinetics of SAM formation was fitted for the Langmuir adsorption equation quite well.
